All of their custom homes are ENERGY STAR certified. “We’ve made the step to ENERGY STAR certification and we’re one of the few builders in our area that are ENERGY STAR certified,” Brad says. While they don’t add ENERGY STAR to a production home at present, Brad says, “We build it with the same love and care and dedication that we would in building a custom home.” He says they are often looking at new technologies – like ENERGY STAR – and how they can integrate them into the homes theybuild.
